Burdock root, A Natural Acne Treatment: Part 1

I see that this is going to need two or more parties to write. I have taken some time to consider this, but I must. I discovered some years ago that taking the burdock root for my colon, I began to experience fewer outbreaks of acne. Let me explain.
I have never read anything about any using burdock root to treat acne. In fact, when it was proposed to me was all I remember reading about its origin, no recollection about the acne.
I knew what I had experienced, and thought to write about it, but a search first, and actually found two article sites, is very little otherwise. They were mainly selling sites. I was the only science project on this that I knew. Surely there's more.
Root of use burdock to treat your acne
So, anyway a few years ago I started using burdock root, in capsule form, 540mg/capsule, to help with my two points, on the recommendation of my nutritionist and physical therapist, because of serious digestive problems in 2001-2004. It is a natural cleanser, a diuretic, so you can imagine why I was there. He had to be necessary, because I'm not taking the pill.
In the process I started to use my notes Acne is dimininshing. It was several weeks before clicking on it, though. This was on my stomach and colon, had no idea of all the other benefits associated with the burdock root. The only logical thing here is to reaffirm what the benefits are, especially in the use of burdock root to treat the condition of acne.
History burdock root
When I was a kid used to play near an old colonial graveyard where such plant, family in the genus Arctium, grew. I used to have in my hair and clothes, no fun. I never thought I would be drinking burdock root tea or taking a capsule, very rare.
Burdock root is used in foods and beverages, and as a medicine. The most popular, like the kitchen of Asia, the roots are mixed with other vegetables and sauces and happily eaten. I'm not sure if I will go so far as to eat the root, but I guess I can try new things.
Burdock root has been known to be used for many centuries as a purifier to the bloodstream, cleansing of toxins in the blood. He bowed as a diuretic as well. 'It Incidentally, I am a new experiment for this, do not. A natural purifier of the liver and kidneys also. But it is a good thing. My liver and kidney and well-being. Again, everything in these areas and the digestive track feel like a great result. More on that in the next section.
Burdock the root has been used as a skin remedy for acne and rosacea. Its oil has been used in previous years in the treatment of the scalp, promoting a healthy growth of healthy hair and also providing assistance to sebaceous glands. This is where we stand as in those suffering from the disease with acne.
