Muscle toning?

I want the tone of my body. Im 14 years old 6'2 and lanky enough but not too thin. I just want nice toning body building but not great. A simple "thing at home." Any ideas?

Its great to get toning in your life, but remember that to see results you have to be compromised. Session 4-5 days a week for maybe an hour or more, using a combination of pushups, weightlifting [this does not make you great as a body builder, but to achieve muscle tone and definition, which no doubt will have to lift something.] and crunches. Be sure to use a mat and do crunches properly to not hurt your back or spinal area. I would like to speak with someone in a gym for advice on exactly how to lift and what can be replaced at home, so you may find you have to go to a gym to get results you want.
